Please fix the 0 seconds logon bug after downtime...

The server should either be there and accept logons, or not be there at all.

It should not be "starting up 0 seconds".

Please fix this, it is highly annoying.

Oh and when it gets in this state, for some reason I can not log in at all until I completely close down the client back to desktop and start it up again.
