During my time away from home i use a HP Pavilion g6-1154sa with an Intel I3 m370 2.4ghz with 8gb the disapointing part is that it uses an Intel HD chipset; not ideal but right now while i am away from home i can ill afford much more.

Driver Version 8.15.10.2372
Deafult Res: 1366 by 768

FPS with adjustments to settings are between 42-59 FPS.

The issues are:

When jumping through a gate the graphics adapter will restart. Changing resolution or using windowed mode is ineffective. Some resolutions also cause unusual colour patterns to appear and will require me to change resolutions on the desktop to remove such errors.

Although not ideal i only use the system for marketing and some light mining.

Any positive feedback would be appreciated.

The most common thing it could be is drivers. Here's a link for all the drivers for your notebook.

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=5145096&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=5082224&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=4063#11360

Update any drivers that may be out-dated then test for resolution. Report back if it works or not.

I use to work tech support for HP and I'm quite familiar with your system. It's not a US model but it all still works the same.

EDIT: Do not update the BIOS! atleast not yet. This will be a last step if everything else we try doesn't work.

Thank you but are you able to specify which driver in the sections listed would be appropiate to try?

Under Video Drivers:
Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver should be the one for you.

Under Operating System - Enhancements and QFEs:
Essential System Updates

There are a few more we can try if these don't work.
