There's got to be a way to get in on this. Going directly for the bounty prize seems like a real long shot though. Maybe the way to go is a TV reality show about the contest. It's got some good components for trash TV:
-Rich people, big money
-Lesbian couple
-Weird billionaire dad
-Thousands of scammer guys, from all over the world, trying to bust up the marriage and replace one of the spouses. Maybe with the support of their own current spouses. That much money on the table, it's bound to bring out the creativity in some scumsters.

make a deal with her to get married and put on a facade of actually being married. then when the father kicks it, you take enough money to live comfortably for the rest of your life, and she takes everything else.
from what I've determined, you could live with no finacial stress at all off of the interest of $6-8 million (assuming you don't try and buy a house every year).
