Here's what I am offering to anyone looking for funding. Enough capital to cover the original project and any future expansion into any growth markets. That means no capital issues for the right idea.

Venture Capital will be provided to early-stage, high-potential, high risk ideas- ideas that can turn into reality.
This will be attractive for individuals with limited operating history that are too small to raise capital in the eve markets and have not reached the point where they are able to secure their own funding. In return I get significant control over decisions, in addition to a significant portion of the Corps shares (and consequently value). In other words, you give me a significant part of the corp that you trade under, including all assets etc. This is a high risk venture for me too, therefore you take some of the risk also. Once the business s doing well and has good equity, you or your friends can buy me out.

Angel Investing will be provided to anyone with more of a track record in the markets. I will also fund any research materials needed etc. In return I take a smaller part of the corp and it's assets. Same deal, business is growing and is steady then you can buy me out.
Ideas are worthless, it's the execution of those ideas that are worth something, therefore, I'll want to see a business plan.
The plan needs to have the following in it- capital needed, ROI spread over the term of the plan, gross margin derived from the venture (Gross margin = (Revenue - Cost of goods sold) / Revenue) why it will work, and possible obstacles that could get in the way.
