Yes 5 heavy drones fielded at cruiser 5. F the guns

Somthing like this, 10 points to drone capactiy & to Bandwith per cruiser lvl. No drone damage modifier or hit points. More poeple will think about using it.

When I show a new player how to play eve and they pick this race I also push them into using the vexor, it's a solid ship, and a lot of fun to pilot.

I think I have actually figured it out, OP wants to make the Vexor be able to use 5 heavy drones at crusier 5, but no turret or missile hardpoints.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

Still waiting on someone to show me a solid Ishtar fit that utilizes the medium hybrid damage bonus using three turrets. You know one that is good.

It's weird that the Ishtar (a cruiser) can use 5 heavies, but not a myrmidon.

And last time I checked, Ishtar was a HAC, a T2 cruiser with special abilities and issues of it's own.

If by issues you mean my phone has more CPU, then yes.

Gila isn't great there either really.
