Epic Arc: The Breakout..... Can't find the prison.

I understand it is meant to show up on the scanner as 'Unknown'.

But is it listed as a cosmic signature in the 'Scan Group' column?

Also - can it be pinned down by someone other than the person accepting the mission?

You have to mount a core probe launcher and load some scanning probes and get out there to look for it.

There is more than one instance of this complex active at all times, perhaps even one per system in the constellation. Everytime somebody has hacked a single prison on the second stage of the complex and afterwards left the grid where the complex is located on it will despawn and shortly reappear in another location. This is completely regardless if anybody are doing any missions or not.

Sometimes I just track the complex down to add to my stock of Caldari POWs...

Remember, you can use a cloak and pass all the guards on the first stage which makes completing the complex very fast. Alternatively you can use a high speed ship to pass the guards.

Yes, it's listed as cosmic signature.

Yes, it can be scanned out and harvested by anyone. Some people scan and sell those prisoners to carebears without scanning skills at ripoff prices.

Btw, you usually code crack 2-3 modules and harvest their prisoners before the row of prisons self destruct. More than that if you bring alts or friends.

Site present in all systems in the constellation.
