SOE Epic Arc... can I do it?

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if you can do this epic arc with slightly dodgey (ok, ok, they hate me) standings with Minmatar and Gallente?

For reference, my standings are:
Caldari State: 7.23 (6.85)
Amarr Empire: 6.64 (6.18)
Gallente Federation: -3.99 (-5.9)
Minmatard Republic: -2.81 (-4.56)

Sure. Just don't linger on gates, as Gallente and Minmatar will shoot at you. They won't scram though so you should be ok if you just keep moving.

Yes. As long as your standings are above -5, they won't shoot you. I'm in the process of doing this now with 2 chars at -4 to Amarr/Caldari, and nobody is bothering me and all of the missions are available.

Note that if you do normal missions for SoE, their storylines give a boost to Gallente and Matari standings with just the smallest of nerfs to your Caldari and Amarr standings. This give you a method of repairing your standings, if you choose to do so.
