How i can also insurance my capsule?

Some players seems to have insurance on their capsule according to messages game sends.

i have never heard of pod insurance (except for clone upgrades so you dont loose xp)

Some senior GM said it is not a bug.

So CCP has nerfed LP gain from pod kills without any notification or confirmation.
