Problem when trying to edit the SiSi shortcut properties

Hi everyone. I'll cut right down to the chase. I copied all the eve folder but when I try to edit the new eve.exe properties there is no ''shortcut'' tab . The original .exe works just fine so it seems only the copy is missing this tab. Any idea? Thx!
