Took the time to read the seleene and two steps blogs. Maybe OP could link them for short reference?

Looks to me as mooring that have been suggested would solve many issues. Except visability of active pilots. But since many use cloak its a decent tradeoff for more services in my point of view

There used to be a separate thread for general discussion of new POSes...this was really just meant to be Adhocracy's take that Two Step could point out to the devs.

Oh well, the key to survival in W-space is adaptability. I'll update the OP in a sec with some background reading.
