BuckingHam missile's are BROKEN

missles shoot and almost reach target, dont hit, no dmg notification, even at 0km to target


PLEASE FIX this makes testing all caldari or other missle ships completely useless
im in a tengu with heavy assault missile launcher 2's. other than that fit dosent matter,

this problem started when before the DT today, server crashed 45min before the actual DT and they stopped working since

btw hml's don't need a nerf, would make any ships that use them already really blow..

This is a known issue and will be fixed with the next patch / server hotfix on Buckingham.
