Exactly, that is why people say, don't reinvent the wheel. The wheel is too old and boring, that no one wants to reinvent it anymore.
If we had warp drive, that would be another story, we should use it, but just to invent it, when it seems so old and semi worthless, why?

So your saying that Satan, holds the key to faster then warp drive.

All we gotta do, is build a gravity drive, to open hell up. Go inside with a bunch of rifters, defeat Satan, and finally have the technology in our hands.

Well can't say that is old, or has been invented before.

EDIT: Or we just play Diablo 3 and hopefully the plans for faster then warp drive, drop and we can loot them from his corpse.

Warp Drive Active.

I'm looking forward to future developments in this field. Despite the people talking on the internet pretending to understand how theoretical physics work I hope we as a communal race can achieve this massive leap forward in technology as it would provide a common goal for the entire world to work towards with nearly infinite possibilities to advance the human species.

Now time to be silly again; the only problem is they'll have to design a way for the internet to travel ftl with less than 80ms with the UK so I can play EVE from Andromeda.
