well the same...people would need to take care where they fly.

In fleets I could think of skilled fleet commanders that have a kind of fleet interface where they can basicly remote order the different wings into formation...or something like it....spitball, just a spitball ;-)

But what about, I take my cheap throwaway hull can crash into your shiny Exhumer, or freighter, or marauder......

Terrible idea because it'd really screw up areas with dense populatuions - station undocks, big fleets, etc.
