CCP when are you going to fix blank windows?????

having it for ages aready,
if you mimimize your market window, it will unfold at every login but as blank window,

AFAIK its the same behavior for wallet window as well and I dont know for which else.

Only doubleclick on the window bar will show the real content of the window.

I can see from the top of the screenshot, that you have the Market window stacked with another window. If you have always had this problem for quite some time, it could be that changes in EVE have done this. You need to reset the market window. When you have it open, drag the Market tab out, and the title bar should transform from being a tab, to an actual title bar.
That should resolve it, and it won't happen again.
