I think any kind of reward to people who helped detect botter or other ill-play in game is contra-productive. Since those people involved in ill-gameplay will eventually get the feedback about what is what and implement counter-measures. So in the end it would work for more sophisticated botters, N/A.

Thats my thought about it.
