I am looking at this fit or similar to set a alt to Boost in a safe spot in Low or Null sec. warping to separate safe spot every now and then. Or in a POS, but the goal is to make it as hard to scan as possible.

I know that un-scanable is not possible now but does the game mechanic still work with boosting your sensor strength still work to make it harder to scan you down?
