Charicter transfer problem

So i recently bought a charicter on the bazaar following the rules etc.

I made a new account to put the charicter on which was a trial account. When the seller tried to transfer it he got an error. Then i remembered its a trial account so i upgraded it to a full account (with plex)

It still wont transfer.... I then have the seller a different account to transfer too (which has been a full account since 2006) and it wont transfer to that account either. Its so frustrating this doesnt work since ive spent weeks looking for the right charicter, bidding etc and when i finally got one nailed down the technology fails and there is no support from CCP (understandibly because its sunday)

Todays monday so i hope they answer my petition but christ this is anoying!

Anyone else have a similar problem and if so how did you solve it? Did you have to wait for your petition to be answered? I hope mine is not like this.

the seller gets this error

"Could not complete your order. Please try again later or contact customer support."

this thread had the same problem: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=475097 it was locked and no mention of it was solved or something else....

there should be a phone number to call for support in eve like every other product in the world, why do we get treated like garbage were paying for a product like anyone else...

While you might get a fast and good response here, I'd suggest the seller to contact customer support by putting in a petition if he hasn't already. GM should be able to telll you what is going on.

thanks mate, the seller is Russian and he tells me his english is not good (i think its ok) and asked me to do some of this. He has made a petition but i just thought if somewon else has had this problem they might be able to help me sort it faster than waiting 3 days for a GM to send a message such as "were looking into this"

so i have made a petition aswell and am considering emailing them

bump, been 2 days, still wont transfer, still no word from a GM
