Hello everyone,

Today I have the pleasure of bringing you this Etana Lottery on behalf of Verge of Collapse Alliance. This, at present, is a unique lottery and we do not know if we will be running one again. The lottery will be conducted in a "Winner takes all" fashion, with the winner recieving and Etana BPC or the option of an instant 50 billion isk payout. This your chance to get your hands on 1 of only 4 Etanas that are in circulation or loads and loads of ISK.

A little bit about the ship, this is the FOURTH Etana overall to leave the Verge of Collapse stable, the first one was auctioned off (and was resold since then) and the other two were sold to collectors. This is a very unique ship, its a logistic cruiser capable of Black Ops and Cover Ops operations, having the ability to use Black Op bridges and cloaking.

There will be 4,000 tickets available at 20m each and the lottery will continue to run until all tickets are sold. You can keep track of your tickets at:

Please use IGB, same character that sent the ISK and click Accept on the Trust Request in order to view your list of tickets.


---------LOTTERY INFO---------

  • Prize: Etana BPC or "Fast Cash" of 50bil ISK.
  • Total Tickets: 4000.
  • Ticket Price: 20mil per ticket.
  • Dice: Chribba Dice.
  • Duration: Until All Tickets are sold.
  • Ticket Numbers: Ticket numbers are randomly generated.


---------INSTRUCTIONS---------
Please read all the Instructions before sending your ISK

  • Reason: When purchasing lotto tickets make sure to include "etana" ALL LOWER CASE AND NO QUOTES into the Reason field.
  • Amounts: Please send the ISK in multiples of 20 million. Any excess will be routed to "Orphanages of Zamunda".
  • ISK Recipient: Gnaw LF (MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE "etana" AS REASON IN LOWER CASE LETTERS)
  • Ticket Numbers: Can be viewed with IGB @ http://vergeofcollapse.com/etana


Verge of Collapse Members are not allowed to participate in this lottery. All violators will be Tarred, Feathered and their tickers voided.

so you give the winner an etana bpc or 50 bil. What about the remaining 30 bil? Is there some sort of second prize? or is that your 'fee' for running this lotto?

who tells us that your handing out the price after the end of the lottery???....Im sure Darknesss wouldnt charge you much to 3rd party this, if this would be legit.

Basically this lotto is to sell an etana for 30bil. If they wanted they could just put it up for auction, but they are giving someone a chance to win 50bil. Be happy about it, even if they are making ISK themselves.

The value of an object directly equals what people are willing to pay for it. If a group of people are collectively willing to pay 80 bil for a chance to win an Etana, that means an Etana is worth 80 bil.

This lottery is a chance to win a rare unique logistic ship without having to pay the premium cost for it, as I highly doubt someone is going to buy all 4000 tickets for him or herself.

People can of course contact us at any time for a direct sale for one of our Etanas for an undisclosed price.

No reason to scam you, we have 47 Etanas.

Why would we ruin our reputation to scan people out of 80bil, what we gonna split 80bil between all 75 people active in the alliance then explain to them why we cant sell anymore Etanas?

Dont trust us? take the door.

If this was a resale by someone we sold it to then yeah, you have reasons to be suspicious/cautious.

its hard to scam a single person well for significant profit, scamming a group of dumb people for a bit is much more easy.

It never ceases to amaze just how many idiots are in this game, and who usually decide to post on topics like this.

What is so hard too understand.... You have the ability to win a ship that is worth at least 50 billion for the price of a solitary ticket costing 20 million.

Who cares how much VoC make out of the whole deal... They are the SOLE distributor of Etana's in EVE as they won the Alliance tourney.

If your not interested why don't you get back to mining or whatever other **** it is that you do in EVE....

We have 0 reason to scam.

Its quite simple, if you want a chance to win one of these rare ships for a small price relative to the ships worth, participate. If you don't want a chance to win this ship, don't play.

Please refrain from spouting your incorrect and frankly insulting accusations on this thread.
