Weapon Grouping Still Broken--Sometimes

This has been an ongoing issue for about a year--weapons that are apparently grouped, whether in station or in space, and that appear as grouped on the UI end up firing only one weapon when activated.

I have found a workaround--it seems you can reliably tell if you've got the bug by toggling the heat on your modules and observing the change in calculated DPS on the fitting screen. If it only increases by a small amount (specifically, an amount proportional to what you'd gain by overheating one gun) then you've got the bug. The solution, then, is to group and ungroup your weapons until the problem disappears.

Would be real nice to have an actual fix for this, though. It has happened to me in dozens of ships, and I can't be the only one seeing this.
