hmm team liquid? what are you guys doing here? i dont think ive heard about the what they did, you care to explain?

Back in June this year, they temporarily moved a proportion of their members to a lowsec staging system, which they didnt use as a platform to get proper ~elite pvp~ fights in the molden heath area, but rather blobbed all the things and gatecamped all the gates. This sparked anger in multiple of the lowsec entities living there, including the King of Molden Heath, Überlisk, who called us to arms. We, Team Liquid, heard the call and deployed to molden heath for a week.
What followed was a complete disaster for eve uni. Funny enough we were the reason they removed the efficiency display on the frontpage of their killboard, because a negative value doesnt look good.
One or two weeks later, eve uni accepted that their blobs are not welcome in molden heath and left the area.
Our war however, will stay indefinitely, as a permanent reminder of the crimes they commited.

While we will not actively support anything that has to do with stationcamping in highsec, we fully endorse the idea of teaching a lesson to eve uni. Over the time their leadership has become a cancer and needs to be removed or the entire alliance destroyed.
With quotes such as "we won the war because 3 years later the corp that had decced us closed" or "leadership is aware of this loss", they are teaching false ideals to their newbies.

HOW IRONIC.......Ugh

1. An entity in low sec doesn't like their game play being disrupted...

2. Said entity call's in help "This sparked anger in multiple of the lowsec entities living there, including the King of Molden Heath, Überlisk, who called us to arms. We, Team Liquid, heard the call and deployed to molden heath for a week."

3. Obviously EvE University was not playing by the set of rules and mechanics expected of the low sec entities..Roll

4. White Knights roll in and teach noobs lesson..... beat the crap out of them.... this isn't enough of lesson.. we still butthurt!!! Must dec forever "pounds on chest"

5. So EvE Uni fully within their game mechanic rights, camped gates and blobbed in low sec, somewhat like the locals usually do and although the locals do not commit any crime doing this.... EvE Uni did!!!

Do you have any idea how completely hypocritical and moronic the statements from yourself and U-Mad actually are?

Bunch of 12 year olds trying to justify griefing with "oxyMORONs".....Shocked

you need to stop talking Ferocious, every word you type is paid for with eve uni blood. When you open your usless maw it makes me want to dec uni for another year.

See 5. is where you're wrong. Molden Heath isnt known for its gatecamps and blobs. Its a lightly populated area, where small gangs roam around. If you wanted the full gatecamp experience, you could have moved to Tama, or amamake, or even rancer. This resulted in your points 1-4.

I'm just trying to get this straight in my head, via U-Mad and Team Liquid logic.

1. Low sec has rules in certain areas where you are NOT allowed to gate camp and blob and if you are flashy red and an open target for anyone to shoot with impunity you are exempt from Blobbing by EvE Uni.

2. If another entity breaks your rules, especially a noob training alliance that flies around in frigates that do 50-80 dps t1 fit, you can then grief them forever to teach them a lesson.

3. EvE University is NOT allowed to follow your rule set because they are a noob training alliance that must be taught a lesson about how YOUR rules only apply to yourselves.

4. Asking for help is restricted to players who CHOOSE to pirate, follow low sec security space mechanics and griefers who can't fight anyone else but noobs.

5. Justifying your lack of skills by attempting to redirect peoples attention from your own hypocritical statements to making the noobs look guilty of the same misdemeanors is totally acceptable, but only if you are in U-Mad or Team Liquid.

6. Pitting t2/faction fit ships with high skills against noobs with low sp that do 1/4 the dps back again is legitimate proof that you are good at eve.

Am I correct thus far?

So you are telling me now that you can't tank 7-8000 dps with your six out of corp logi's repping you? That is ofcourse assuming that 100 noob's can focus fire when U-Mad cant even get 17 pilots to focus fire...Roll

If i did use OOC for my 1 ship just 4 of them would give it a 18k dps tank. We plan on getting several of these in corp. Also it has low sig radius so most of the damage received will be mitigated, faster than your typical uni frigate, 100k ehp as well as being scram proof as usual per me. Also for maximum trollage against UNI blackbird blobs expect a new plan lol. Love yuuuuuuuu

The logic is they acted like dicks, and we responded accordingly. They thought they were vaguely competent (they arent) and could somehow overwhelm us with numbers (they couldnt), and then died in droves whenever they undocked so they moved the lowsec camp. When the wardec went live we were promised that they would never move until the war was over; they ended up moving after 2-3 weeks.

They basically acted like a bully, and then couldnt back it up.

It seems to me, after contemplating several pages of posts and intellectual drama unfolding in a disappointing, climatic dud, I have come to the realization that your discourse with my esteemed copatriots can be condensed into the following statement: Eve Uni cares about love, life, and the blissfull pursuit of attention, while U-MAD provides exactly zero feces.

Otherwise, stop acting like you care about EVE Uni and want to "protect them". If you care that much about them, dec us and put us in our place. If you don't, the entire community is going to continue laughing at you as a ragey carebear who wants to shout at PvPers who want to prove a point and show how weak EVE uni is in the grand scheme of things.
