podding on buckingham leagle or not?

was about to pod someone and they said its not allowed on buckingham like it is on sisi. is this true?

i searched a bit for the rules on buckingham server but didnt find anything

I would imagine the rules being the same.

The rules are the same on Buckingham and on Singularity. There is no specific rule against podding - you are allowed to pod, when you are allowed to attack. Check http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Test_server_rules for the details.
