Am looking to buy a tengu/Golem pilot with the standings to run lvl 4 missions with the caldari navy. My budget is set at 12 billion. Am looking to buy tonight so bring them on, post here or convo in game, ill be waiting.

Great tank and missile skills.

Currently runs lvl 4's in a Caldari Navy Raven. currently at 850+ dps, stable cap, and does not have to warp out of any mission :).
6.55 standing with caldari

Has +5 implants (all but charisma)
Has +5% implants for missile damage. Zainou deadeye and snapshot hardwired 6-10. (5% to HM and CM atm)

No waisted experience in industry or other avenues.

Also has great pvp skillsets as a bonus (electronic attack ships, scanning skills, recon, logi, ect)
Electronic skills are great as well.

Caldari battleships to 5

25 days to golem.. but has all tank and missile skills ready to roll.

lacking advanced weapon upgrades and energy grid upgrades level 5.
Shield compensation is the last remaining tank skill suggested currenlty at level 3. (however my cap never runs dry)

Beyond that its exactly what youre looking for :).
