Hi there, I'd like to introduce you to Omni Galactic Resource Excavation Inc [OGREI]

We are a growing group of friendly and helpful people that want to succeed in Eve while maintaining a productive yet relaxed gaming experience. Currently we are based in Gallente Hi-Sec and we are focused on large scale mining operations, manufacturing and R&D efforts.

Why should I join as a new player?
We are a new player friendly corp! We are in need of pilots of any skill level and will offer mentorship and guidance if you are new. Even at a minimal skill level you can help us with corp operations and you will be well compensated for doing so. We have corp members going all the way back to the beginning of Eve who are more than happy to help you progress in the game.

What can we offer everybody else?
Organization: We are intent on establishing a well run organization that benefits the members. Nothing is worse than some sort of ad hoc corporation that only kind of knows what it is doing. The majority of our corp leadership comes from backgrounds including small business management, military leadership and professionals that know that organization is key to success.

We offer an ore buyback program that pays out to pilots instantly. In addition, large scale corp ops pay out on a weekly basis. So, if you solo mine or you prefer to mine in a group, you have a place in OGREI.

One Weekly Corp mining op is held at a minimum. In addition, you can expect to see several impromptu corp ops pop up frequently during the week that you can participate in as well.

Multiple Orcas & Freighter support available. We have several members with perfect to near perfect Orca boosts and they get better all the time. Also, if you've got a lot of stuff to move from one area to another we have Freighter support to make your life easier.

Relaxed but mature atmosphere. We use the term mature here loosely. We are a bunch of prepubescents trapped in grown up bodies.

RL friendly. The real world and your life always come first with the corp. You will never be chastised because you don't participate enough. If you happen to get kicked from the corp due to inactivity and you left in good standing have no fear. Simply reapply and we will let you back in the fold.

Voice Comms (TS3) are available for your use. They aren't mandatory by any means and if you don't like talking that's fine. Just join up and listen.

Future goals include:
Establishing a mission running, exploration & salvage operation division. Some members currently run missions on a pretty regular basis but not as a firm, organized division. IF THIS IS SOMETHING THAT INTERESTS YOU THAT YOU FEEL YOU COULD LEAD PLEASE LET US KNOW!

Establishment of regional division offices in all of the major Empire Regions with regional managers in charge of their regional operations. Have you ever left a corporation because you felt that running your own would be much more fun but then it failed? Well, we want to establish a "franchise" system where regional managers would essentially be their own CEO's of their divisions with complete regional access to their bases. YOU get to run your organization how you see fit while relying on the overall corp structure to assist you in your efforts. Perfect for small corps with low numbers who want to be a part of a larger organization while still maintaining their own identity!

Doubling our size by next year with quality, active members through focused recruiting.

Low Sec & WH ops. This is a long term goal and not one we will simply jump into. Too many corps have failed due to poor logistic planning and a lack of teeth.

Our only requirements are a full API check and at least a 0 standing with the Gallente Federation. We would ask that applicants not be a freshly created character (at a minimum you should have completed the tutorials and the SOE epic arc)... but other than that the doors are wide open. Having jump clones is helpful but not required.
