Everything you stated minus HAM's is pretty standard for a tengu guy (minus strat cruiser to 5 which is unnecessary since you dont even have thermodynamics which is the whole reason to level strat cruiser to 5). You only get in the 7b + range when you have more training towards a Golem as well or if you have level 5 skills like rapid launch, missile bombardment, warhead upgrades, heavy missile spec, AWU5 which you do not have.

Also your amount of SP is only worth about 3b isk according to eve appraiser but obviously you're a tengu dude so they go for more then the appraiser says because of what they can do.
