Extend Alliance Standings Slots Limit (Currently 2600)

I know this isn't an issue for majority of EVE Alliances, but CVA is the first probably that has reached it.

Due to our RoE being NRDS and enforcing it for years in Amarr Empire/Providence and WH-space our list of reds needs more than 2600 slots.

Same applies to all Alliances following NRDS, so we would appreciate extending the current limit (doubling it, or more)
