Suicide Gankers Loadout?

I need a bit of help. I need a slightly better then average suicide ganker load out so I can build it in EFT to compare my fits against it. I been rolling through Battle Clinic for the last few hours but I'm not sure which are suicide gank loadouts.

if ur gonna use t2 guns, u want t2 ammo.
also u have mid slots that might be useful to use.
aaand hes prolly gonna solo t1 haulers, if he would go for freighter, i bet he would get the fit from that way.
if ur gonna use faction ammo, u better use republic emp to do em damge since they will be shield tanked.
(tho if u wanna pop out 4mil per ammo for domination ammo, go ahead.)
i use 8x 1400 meta4
3tracking comp, sb, tp
4gyros.
tho i think il go using 2sb instead of tp.

? its not a full build sheesh. Just a basic "how to get alpha", for the new guy
Also T2's do more dmg, and i just want someone to use Domination ammo :p
