Can not clear cache and weapons not showing on ship.

Ok, first problem, weapons on my ship are not displaying, no strip miners, no guns not even the beam from them. Nothing. When I look at other peoples ships in space, I do not see their mining laser effects either.

Second, every time I try to reset my cache, I get an error that says that it can't reset, if you have another client of eve running, close that as well... if the problem persists, restart your computer. I have restarted my computer three times. I keep getting this message. It is ONLY on this account. I have checked my other two accounts and they are fine. Even checked on my laptop. No problems there. But for some reason, this account on my desktop does not display the guns/strip miners or their effects. Can anyone help?

Perhaps Turrets & Launchers got turned off in the graphics settings menu?


You can also clear your cache out of game if your having trouble doing that ingame.

Instructions on how to do that are here. Just make sure you only delete the Cache folder.

I did not know about the show turret button. Thank you for the info on how to delete the cache.
