Well in that case :D

Try to get support skills to 4 as 5 is just not necessary early on for most skills. As mentioned above get all shield skills to 4 including the individual resist ones (thermic shield resist etc).

The tengu is a real nice ship man, but bare in mind it costs a bomb so you wont want to practice pvp in it or do anything too experimental at first. As its a strategic cruiser i think im right in saying you will actually lose SP each time yopu die and have to retrain.

Start by looking in your Skil Queue menu, check to make sure any shield skills are at 4. Once they are move on to your relevant gunnery skills / energy skills depending where you feel you are lacking.

Contact me in game or here if i didnt quite answer the question, it's early and i havn't recapped the rest of this thread.

No later than yesterday, Louis updated his skill guide in this very section of the forum. The thread named "Louis's epic skill guide v1.1" is still on the first page of this section of the forum if you just care to scroll a little bit.
His post lists what is considered the base for most (if not all) ships, that will help you fit and fly most ships.
From there, all you need is to actually know what you want to do, because what you'll train next can't be figured out if you don't know what you want to do.
If you want to do research and industry, you will need to focus your training on those skills and find a corp that can provide you lab access.
You want to PVP? fit a bunch of frigates and go PVP, you don't need anything more than you already have to go shoot people. Alas, if what you want to do is solo-pvp like the dudes in youtube vids, then you will need months of PVP experience, millions of ISK to throw into a ship, fitting and bonused implants and boosters.
You say you want to get a POS to protect yourself from wardecs, but you're very badly mistaken as making your own corp to put up a POS in high-sec *is* the surest way to attract others into wardeccing you, so they can shoot your POS and loot the hangar/labs or simply to pop a POS.
You seem to be trying to do everything EVE has to offer but alone, that's gona be very frustrating, and you'd better find a corp that can provide some guidance and help, figure what you like doing and then focus on it. Seriously man, you'll give up if you try to do all that alone.
EDIT: Dude Keno, you have a different look everytime I see you post Lol

I believe i have an idea. I plan on getting all support skills to 5 before i do anything. After that i think im going to get all caldari ships except for titan so that i fly Caldari ships the best i can fly them skill wise. I have multiple chars so i dont need to concentrate on velanorila being able to fly everything at this point in time.
Thank you all for you your assistance
