Problem with notification API

Hey All,

I'm trying to retrieve Notifications via the Notification API ( http://wiki.eve-id.net/APIv2_Char_Notifications_XML ), but I've come across the problem that what I've written so far only retrieves the "Starbase low on Fuel" Notification, not the "Starbase under attack" notification. The same thing occurs when I just enter the appropriate URL into the browser.
Has anyone come across this problem and has a solution?
Is this actually intended this way?
