We are moving back to Singularity and Buckingham is no longer being used for public EVE testing. I am removing the sticky.

should i keep the buckingham file on my computer should it become available again in the future or delete it for now to save space on my HD?

Just delete it if you haven't already, I dont think there is going to be any kind of weird Dust testing anytime soon since we already have those guys on the main server.
