Why is there not any children chars in EVE?!

Why is there not any children chars in EVE? All chars is younger grown people or you can make them older in diffrent shapes and dresses! Why is not a low skilled player a child, high skilled player a old man! Will we miss our childhood in the future of EVE when we becomes older? Will EVE last if our Childhood is erased? Just a small thought in a big Universe!Shocked
