There is a lowsec alternative, with multiple L4 agents, claiming multiple missions in different systems. Just make sure the missions contain BS rats that give sec status gain.

SS gain shouldn't be easy but harder. CHOICE = CONSEQUENCE or else it's just another WOW alternative, mee too wants no penalty when I get killed, no pod loss, no implants loss, and find my ship back in hangar with just a little dmg to repair Roll

Having to npc for days is about as bad a consequence as i can imagine tbh.

Interesting that not one person in this thread has advised him about killing one BS, then jumping to another system, killing another....etc.
This is the only method that can fix your sec status in the fastest manner possible. Killing loads of rats in one system only gets you a sec status bump every 15 minutes, for the highest value NPC, which is extremely inefficient.
As for ninja ratting a race appropriate bomber with AB/speed tank is the easiest way to ninja.

it takes a long time to grind sec up even hy hiting one rat per system in a loop can take up to a week easy

A) Look at map to find least active patch of 0.0 in terms of ships in space for the last 30 minutes.

B) Go there with a nullified T3 with cloaky.

C) Kill rats at anomalies.

You have to find the best area yourself. Any advice you find on here is likely leading you into a trap.
