I would like to start out by saying great fight to Cockroach Industries and great work on catching our Dread and Orca Elysian Empire.

Elysian you guys are great at what you do and was just one step ahead of us on the wormhole mass and because of that we got our Dread and Orca stuck in your wormhole, so great showing of force and respect. Big smile

So on to Cockroach Industries, we got a call in from our scout saying there were a maelstrom, naga, and bestower on dscan and were picking up POS modules floating in space around a moon. So the decision was made to gank you guys on the modules to get a quick kill which turned into something more.

Everything went as planned, the scout got the fleet a warp in bookmark, and the fleet landed on grid without the maelstrom and bestower even moving, sadly the naga got out before the bubble went up. So the bestower got blown up and the maelstrom went down fighting. So we brought in a few indy ships to come pick up the remaining modules and loot from the wrecks.

This is where I have to hand it to you guys, unlike most corps; you guys came back for more action. You first bring in a cynabal and followed by a cerberus shortly after. After ensuring our indy ships got off the grid safe and shared a few rounds at each other it became a stalemate. For us the idea was how to setup the final gank on your cerberus because your cynabal by this time left the system and unknowing for us you guys were also setting up a gank. The call was given, leave the field and warp to the wormhole you guys kept coming from. Just as we land on the wormhole you have a vindicator and bhaalgorn come through the wormhole. So the second fight starts up, we primary the bhaalgorn and destroy that ship not without incurring lost on our side, secondary target was called on the vindicator which started to go down but before it was almost destroyed (less than 20% armor) the vindicator and the cerberus jumped through the wormhole and warped out before we got threw the wormhole to follow.

Total fight was quick and fun...

Why would you bring the absolute worst Dread for hitting subcaps to the fight in the first place?

Kudos for killing a Bhaal and shooing off a Vindi (wat) in 4 Drakes and change Shocked

pheonix suck at almost everything, recently tanked a pheonix in a pulsar without boosts in my archon, only had to put 1 of the reppers every now and then.

its nice to read about others enjoying their fights, its so difficult to get a fight nowdays

I agree it is hard to find fights in WH space, most of the time I find for WH pvp is when I am out numbered 3 to 1 or I have a group that out numbers our target 3 to 1, LOL.. I would love to have a 5-10 man fight with people, regardless if we win or loose. I have found overall wormhole fights are not about who owns what space or that some group hates the other but more on the fun of pew pew someone elses shiny toy and at the end of it both sides give GF in chat and go there own ways.

I would also encourage people and there corps to also pvp more, even a 2-3 man group and get a few good ganks in on other people. Yes you may loose or maybe you will just win, but you will not know until you try and are willing to risk your ship and isk in doing so.

I hear the neuts+webs+conflagration combo at the same optimal range tears t3 ships to pieces in small gang pvp.

Haven't tried it myself, but sounds plausible.

Well I know a conflag bhaal can hit about 1k dps with drones (sitting in one for incursions right now), but this engagement didn't really look like "small gang"...

Also, neuting bhaal is a HUGE force multiplier. Much more than 1k dps from the guns/drones...
