You have failed to transfer the character and kept the isk, i have petitioned you as a scammer and am waiting for GM to convo.

First off you were in corp not npc as required per the rules. had i noticed this i wouldnt have sent the isk.

2nd, you asked for my email address to keep in contact out of game. i didnt give you this as it is not a requirment. You need account name only.

3rd You offer to give me your username and password to avoid paying with plex for transfer. youd have to be a real moron to offer this and even bigger mug to accept.

you will either transfer the toon or i will get the isk back.

Had i been gulible you would now have my email address and my account name and i may or may not have had a toon.

why are you offering to buyout this toon for 3.4b when i have bought it for 4b sent the isk 2 days ago and got no character.

the guys a scammer , you would know if you read the post, but hey feel free to send him ur isk,seems like ccp are not that intersted in answering petitions regarding these matters, although if it was a problem with someone paying them they would of answered in 10minutes.
