Is it a c3?
Also, is there a better fit (no missiles) that wont cost that much more?

We recently had a similar discussion on our alliance forums regarding the Legion. In and of itself, its a great PVP ship, but when faced with heavy neuting, webbing, and range issues with pulse lasers, you will probably die on your first try with this fit. This is why the Tengu really shines in WH space, and especially if your in a pulsar. The dps at long range of a HML Tengu will likely beat out a beam legion capable of projecting damage out that far.

If I were you I'd try out your ships viability on the Sissi test server. Just eject from your ship if you know its about to blow up so you don't lose SP. If you're having problems finding a C3 then head to Blood Raider space and run a 4-5/10 DED site. If you can handle that and deal with kiting you may be able to pull off a C3.

I tried doing sansha hubs and could do them fairly easily. I could not, however, do forlorn hubs.

EDIT: Also, I have another account that flies a tengu in w-space. It gets boring and I wish to try something else.

My dual rep fit has a higher cap level and more tank than that.

wouldnt go any higher than c3 with your fit .... and use a cap boost + cap recharge instead of 2, because if they neut u.. you are empty normaly .. oky in c1-c2 u gonna be fine but i dont think that you can solo c3 mags and radars with this.

if you go for c4 u gonna die for sure! also your kill speed is be really really really slow :[

The neuting in C3 anoms is not that bad though. Radars and mags are worse, but some of them are hard to solo even in a Tengu (I'm talking to you Forgotten Frontier Recursive Depot)

Fortification Frontier Strongold- Only real neuting (of any concern) is at the end with the Sleepless upholder. You can hold range killing the cruisers first. If you are 55% stable or better you can generally drop him solo before you run out of cap.

Outpost Frontier Stronghold- No neuting at all. Heavy webbing at the last wave. But the frigs melt faster to a Legion than a Tengu to begin with.

Solar cell- Yes there are some neuts. But they are a joke.

Oruze Construct- This is the only one of any real concern. The 4 Awakened upholders on the first spawn can actually neut pretty hard, and are the triggers. But they have a crappy tank so you can easily burn 3 of them down quickly.

A Legion is a bigger challenge, and requires a better understanding of trigger locations and piloting. But it can do fine.
