He's worth much more than 20b. Some people get wood for seas of yellow, irrespective of the skills. You're easily looking at 30b +.

The only real weakness in your skillsheet is your lack of points in Spaceship command for 90 mil character. But I agree with Vojk, starting bid at 30 bil and see what happens

Then I should get some new skills in Spaceship command untill I get this toon for sale.
