The SCOURGE that is ISD TYPE40

In the past 7 days, 95.7% of all threads that have been locked (including this one) were locked by ISD TYPE40. This has made 1 or all of 3 things abundantly clear:

1) ISD TYPE40 needs to sleep.
2) ISD TYPE40 is overzealous.
3) ISD TYPE40 is a bot.

One thing is for certain, ISD TYPE40 is OP and needs to be nerfed.

Hate to break it to you but I'm not ISD Type40. So guess that goes against what your post said...
