Snowball Launchers not searchable...

Is there a reason one can not search for Snowball Launcher in EVE Contracts? I know there a few up, but no matter the contract filters I use, you can not find them.

If I search for my own (with an alt) via "all contracts" with this character as the issuer, it shows. However, that means to search for one on contracts, you'd have to know who was issuing the contract, which is a little stupid imo.

Lastly, if you right click on a snowball launcher, you can not "view contracts" only create one. Weird.

Yeah, there are a few "unsearchable" items in the game.

I have a "Perpetual Motion Machine" in my possession, and it is also unsearchable.
