I think this is the number one issue that keeps people safe in high-sec.

Why haven't CCP done anything about this yet?

You might say that you can ignore them, or even go next door but without a scout you could meet another ship at the jump gate and that would be devastating and we all know the second you let your guard down then the ship will stop being afk and blow you.



I support a mandatory controller system that locks your hands to the keyboard and if you remove said hands the ship explodes.

Who benefits from this? EVERYONE!



  1. PvPers - Now you get to actually fight people who are there, meaning more Good fights m8s o7o7
  2. Miners - You will die less due to PvPers as you will notice they are comnig and run away!
  3. Roleplayers - In game you're locked in a pod, now so are your hands!
  4. CCP - You can sell us all mandatory keyboards and charges us AUR if we want to go to the toilet without our ship blowing up!
  5. Newbies - All your friends will be jealous that your new MMO has such cool stuff! They will be dying to get in on the action!
  6. Spouses - Boyfriend/Husband playing EVE all the time? Well now there isn't going to be Cheeto dust in the "normal" keyboard as he has his own!
  7. Overweight players - Come on fellas, who hasn't put on the fleet op roam lbs by snacking on junk food! Well now you can't!

If only their was a device that would allow me to play EVE Online at my desk, but THEN let me pick it up and carry it with me to the kitchen or bathroom...

(Of course some might consider this to be "too easy" and complain about it.)

Well i'm quite sure that the next generation (or later generations) of the MacBook will have touch screens. Can't people already run their AFK Online clients on macs?

And if they can't then they aren't trying hard enough. Just format the hard-drive and install Windows 8 on your MacBook. Then you are good to go.

I did it with a tengu once. Some interceptor came in and he tried tackling my Tengu. Used my batfone and called in some corpies.
He was gone with his tail between his legs
