He didn't say he was in high sec, he said its stupidly easy to make the money to field a Tengu and a fleet like this is easily run considering the ease with which you can acquire ISK even in high-sec.

A T2 fitted Tengu is about -/+ 700Mill.

-sell plex buy Tengus is indeed very hard to admit it happens right?

-probe low/null anoms and get out of those billions of isk in a couple hours is hard to admit right?

-probe wh's and go there get some nanoribonds and make awesome good isk is hard too, that' why wh's are all empty

It's just easier to open the crap hole to say "high sec wawawaaaaaaaa"
