In null, nearly everyone has empty jump clones for PvP - bubbles pretty much guarantee you'll be podded if you're popped. I sometimes PvP on my training clone, but empty clones are the norm.

In lowsec it is still smarter to PvP in an empty clone because an interceptor or heavily seboed ship can catch your pod, but its less of a necessity.

TEST showing how bad they are again

If you get podded in low, your doing something wrong.

I don't play in low, but I sure have caught a lot of pods in null without bubbles.

It would be silly to imply only idiots get podded in low, wouldn't it?

well, if they look good without implants, why the worry? and i heard it is such a hassle to do the surgery and everything, also you get scars and can not run around in a bikini for quite some time

+3's are cheapo on LP store, same for some dmg navigation fitting implants. Up to you to decide if it's worthy or not. Leave pirate implants for capital/super/titan alt, only high sec/low sec pubbies would use those. Pods hate bubbles.

I fill up all implant slots according to my finances at the moment of death; first the the 2 attribute implants then the rest. You all know the saying "fit what you can afford to lose". I guess it all boils down to that with most players.
