Client reports incompatible version : updater doesn't update

I've been playing Eve Online for about 10 days now. Besides the fact that I love the game I love how well it performs and integrates with Ubuntu.

This morning I started up the game and the updater reported that my client is just fine.
When I run the client and login it reports that it is an incompatible version.

How do I get the updater to recognize and/or force to update the client???

To be clear... you start Eve, the launcher comes up and gives you the yellow Play button, you hit it, Eve starts, and tells you you're on an incompatible version?

If so, I'd start by running the repair.exe.

You hit the nail on the head. I'll try to figure out how to run Repair.exe using Crossover.
