WTB Moros/Revelation Pilot

I would like to buy character with:
Galentte or Amarr Dreadnought skill
Support skills (Capacitor skills + Capital Enegry turret for amarr or Capital Hybrid Turret for gallente)
Ability to fit Siege module as well.

I am not going to pay for useless skills like Planetary, Industry, etc...

Minimum 50m SP please.
Budget: 25b.
