Question: Stacking - Rigs and Ballistic Control Systems

One would think I would have learned this by now, so please bear with a fool's questions.

I have a Caldari Missile Boat, I use 4 Ballistic Control Systems (BCS) [Caldari Navy].
If I put the Calefaction Rigs on it, will those rigs also take the stacking penalty for damage?

I am running a Tengu right now with two Rigor Catalyst rigs (the signature radius boost).

I am wondering which would be more efficient if I am trying to squeeze more damage out of this thing.

T2 damage rigs add more of one damage attribute than a faction damage mod does, so the net effect is that you end up marginalizing half of the last faction damage mod under 4 stacking penalties. A T1 damage rig ends up being marginalized under 4 stacking penalties.

I believe the general consensus is that the T2 damage mod and a T1 Rigor is the correct choice for the raw damage anemic Tengu.

I believe the consensus is 4 CN BCUs, a T2 ROF rig, and a T1 Rigor.

Ed: Opinions vary, of course, but I believe it's been mathematically shown that the majority of your time is spent shooting cruisers -> battlleships. The OVERWHELMING majority of your damage is directed this way, and the T2 damage rig helps more than the damage application against frigates.

Yeap, T2 damage rig is better than rigors for L4 Tengu. I like the t2 ROF rig + 2 flares + a target painter.
