I would like to see an option where a player can customize some of the paint job (Livery) of their ships. Ship livery customization could be an additional item to the fittings window.

Each ship could have 3 or 4 paint pattern layers for different major parts of the ship and 1 logo layer.

The player can then use a pop-down menu for each part and layer to select a paint pattern, or no pattern, for that layer, then use sliders and paint pallet to set the color or colors of the pattern on the selected layer.

The logo layer would allow the player to display their government or race affiliation, sovereignty affiliation, alliance affiliation, corps logo, or nothing.

Having a set of fixed patterns to choose from would limit the abuse potential while still allowing for a great deal of customization for the player to create a unique look for themselves or their corp.
