Overview not loading after system change

Last night i was flying in a fleet of around 100 players, and i several times had to log out / in of the game because the overview didn't load after i jumped a gate. By overview, i mean both the list view and the OSD/universe.

The game didn't crash, text chat was running fine and i could use other in-game features like the browser. I had no other game play issues, eg. while in a system i would warp around, take part in fights, etc without any problems.

Is this a known problem?, it seems like other members of the fleet was having the same issue. I tried both memory and performance optimized graphics settings, and i didn't help.

Is there any fix or work around for this problem?

Known issue (sometimes I can warp around and shoot via locks from broadcast, sometimes I can't):

I've been having it for a while, now I count to 5 after the FC says jump and it happens much less often, still sucks when you're trying to get somewhere quickly or get away from the enemy. Not a lot of people bug reporting it because it always happens when you're "busy" trying to not die.

I'm guessing that it has to do with time dilation being activated when a larger fleet jumps into a empty system, but i also noticed that waiting makes it happen less often.

It never happens to me outside fleet, and the dev posts says it has do to with time dilation, so it seems it has a lot to do with the number of people in the system.

could be number of people on the NODE, not system.
