I seem to have been disconnected from the game and unable to relaunch the program. It says something about my internet connection but that is 100% fine.

I have been told by support this is a problem they aware of,but just wondering if theres an existing thread I can follow up on this?
Im new so if anyone has a fix pls make it idiot-proof.

Thanx!

I have also encountered this problem today for the first time.

I tested my connection and found no problems. I also carried out a ipconfig /flushdns while running the Cmd Promt as an administrator with no success. EVE repair tool was not able to run due to no connectivity.

It went away after repeatedly retrying but was kicked from the game after 5 minutes.

When I was getting the error message I also could not get access to any of the EVE official websites but could run other games and no other websites were restricted. I thought this meant one of my firewalls were blocking all eve content so I turned off norton and all other firewalls with no success.

I have been logged on now for ten minutes after updating my firmware on my router which would of included a reset.

As I'm writing this the problem has come back so no eve!

Anyone else had this problem and know exactly whats causing it?

I have encountered the very same problem, it was also first time that this problem occured.
While i-net connection was fine (any other program and www worked as usual), system and network hardware were up-to-date I was unable to launch eve and WWW (www.eveonline) was inaccessible.Ugh

I am also having this problem.

Can it be a regional ISP thing? I'm from Germany

I'm having the same issue, so it's not regional. I had to use my iPhone to access the forums. I tried MBAM thinking I had a virus. Everything was clean. Repair tool didn't work and evemon couldn't link up either.

I've encountered this as well. In the US on Charter service.

From what I've read, the issue has to do with certain ISPs not connecting to the EVE servers in London.

Nope. No help from them. They claim everything's "okay".
