Just re activated account after 3 years lol, Is the optimal skill learning still valid or has it changed at all?, instant recal, learning, logic etc

Wondered why I couldnt find them in EVEMon, haha.

Cheers buddy, is there still any learning optimization available at all?, or is it just down to what ever your base stats are?

The learning skills were removed a couple years ago now, as compensation everyones base attributes were increased by 12 points.
Only optimizations availlable now are implants and remaps.

So you can train at almost the same speed now as if you still had all learnings trained to lv5.

also you sould have had all your SP you had in learning skills refunded so you can dump them into some news skills the longer training ones

yeah as a nice welcome back present you will have all the sp you had in learning available to put wherever you want.

To do this


right click a skill and there will be a "apply skillpoints" option (or words very similar to that)

repeat until you run out of points to apply.
