Portraits will not load/display after clearing cache?

Hey,

having an issue where, having cleared the cache via the in-game reset menu 3 days ago, all of the portraits in-game have disappeared. This includes my characters, all the players I see/meet and every single agent, literally every portrait in-game. I assumed they'd just get fetched from the server after a while but after three days not a single one has loaded or is displaying.

Don't know if it's related but my launcher 'cannot find a connection' and I have an URL error on the login screen where it usually displays the news. Could it be an issue connecting to the servers? The game itself is working fine.

Any help much appreciated!

Tried the repair tool on the off chance it'd help. It won't work either and generates the following error:

So is it a problem connecting to the servers all round?
