Sounds like you are assuming there will be only one of each of these modules on the field at a time.

The goal is how ever we can use them with out needing to feel over powered by one ship or mess use of this type of modular, but a on time use with timer to recharge maybe with fuel cost. Again you can mess effect a area with bombs and do the same effects.

But again, this is a idea and it can still be set up how ever we can find this useful. "One time effects with timers"
